About the event
We have selected a number of extremely well-founded and research-based methods and tools that have enriched our own practice as well as created unique change in our customers' organizations.
During the five circles, we will among others explore essential models in Transformation Design, Creating safe spaces, Relationship Types, Levels of consciousness & Vertical Leadership Development, and Authentic leadership.
Prize: DKK 30,000 ex VAT
The course includes:
- Initial coaching session clarifying your personal intention - Jan 2024
- 5 days (10.00-17.00) dedicated to a specific theme that stems from organizational theory, personal development, and wisdom traditions:
- 1 Transformation in society - 2. February
- 2 Transformation in organizations - 6 March
- 3 Transformation facilitation - 11 April
- 4 Transforming yourself - 13 May
- 5 Transformative integration - 12 June
We finish each of the 5 days in an informal setting where you have the opportunity to share and discuss your own topics.
