Change By Design Circles

We have selected a number of extremely well-founded and research-based methods and tools that have enriched our own practice as well as created unique change in our customers' organisations.

​During the five circles, we will among others explore essential models in Transformation Design, Creating safe spaces, Relationship Types, Levels of consciousness & Vertical Leadership Development, Authentic leadership.

Prize: 20,000 DKK ex VAT

The course includes:

• initial coaching session about your personal intention for participation
• five applied learning circles dedicated to a specific theme that stems from organisational theory, behavioural psychology, and wisdom traditions
• final commitment ceremony

We finish every circle with a light meal where you in an informal setting have the opportunity to share and discuss.
