We have selected a number of extremely well-founded and research-based methods and tools that have enriched our own practice as well as created unique change in our customers' organisations.

​During the five circles, we will among others explore essential models in Transformation Design, Creating safe spaces, Relationship Types, Levels of consciousness & Vertical Leadership Development, Authentic leadership.

Prize: 30,000 DKK ex VAT

The course includes:

• Initial coaching session clarifying your personal intention - Week 2, Jan 2023
• 5 days (10.00-17.00) dedicated to a specific theme that stems from organisational theory, personal development, and wisdom traditions:
• 1 Transformation in society - 7. February
• 2 Transformation in organisations - 7. March
• 3 Transformation facilitation - 18. April
• 4 Transforming yourself - 16. May
• 5 Transformative integration - 7. June

We finish each of the 5 days in an informal setting where you have the opportunity to share and discuss your own topics.
